  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

PPW provides professional video editing and post-production services including:

  • Traditional, highlight, teaser, and reel edits
  • Color correction, grading, and audio enhancements
  • Subscription-based editing packages for agencies and creators

4. Project Process

  1. Client submits project files, references, and instructions through our website or shared link.
  2. PPW reviews the material and confirms acceptance of the project.
  3. Editing work begins once payment is received.
  4. Client receives the final edited video and may request revisions as per the chosen package.

Any additional changes beyond the included revisions will be charged separately.

5. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full before project initiation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
  • We use secure third-party payment gateways for all transactions.
  • By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short:

  • Refunds are allowed only before project work begins.
  • Once editing has started or the project has been delivered, payments are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations are accepted only if requested before the editor begins work.

7. Turnaround & Delivery

  • Standard delivery timelines vary by service type and are mentioned on each service page.
  • Delivery delays caused by late file submission, unclear instructions, or technical issues are not PPW’s responsibility.
  • All deliveries are made digitally (via cloud link, email, or portal).

8. Client Responsibilities

  • You must own or have legal rights to all footage, music, and materials you share with us.
  • You are solely responsible for the content of your files.
  • PPW will not be liable for any copyright claims arising from the materials you provide.
  • You must review the final output within the given revision period; failure to do so will be considered project approval.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The final edited video belongs to you once full payment is made.
  • However, PPW retains the right to use portions of the project (only with your consent) for portfolio, demo, or promotional purposes.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our brand assets, templates, or workflow systems as your own.

10. Confidentiality

  • All client data, files, and communication are treated as strictly confidential.
  • We do not share your projects or details with any third party except authorized team members working on your project.

11. Limitation of Liability

PPW is not liable for:

  • Loss of data due to client-side issues (accidental deletion, corrupted files, etc.)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
  • Delays or technical failures beyond our control (internet, system, or third-party service outages)

Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

12. Revisions & Feedback

  • Each service includes a fixed number of free revisions as mentioned in the package.
  • Feedback should be clear and specific for efficient processing.
  • Additional revisions after the included limit may incur extra charges.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline or cancel any order that violates our terms or involves inappropriate content.
  • Suspend access to our services in case of misuse, non-payment, or unethical behavior.
