Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Post Production Work (PPW) for your video editing needs.
We value your trust and are committed to ensuring a transparent and fair experience for all our clients.
Since our services involve digital and creative work, our refund and return terms differ from those for physical products.
1. Service Nature
All our offerings are digital services (video editing, post-production, design work, etc.) delivered electronically.
No physical goods are shipped or returned. Once a project has been started or files have been delivered, refunds may not always be applicable.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- You placed a payment but no work has been initiated by our team.
- The service was not delivered within the agreed timeline and no communication or progress was made.
- The final delivery does not match the service description or commitment clearly mentioned at the time of order.
- You are eligible for a refund only if requested within 7 days of payment and before the editing process begins.
Once editing, rendering, or project processing has started, the payment becomes non-refundable, as resources and editing time are already allocated.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- The project has already been initiated or partially completed.
- You changed your mind or no longer need the service after placing the order.
- Delay in providing project files, inputs, or approvals from your side.
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective opinions (for example, style preferences differing from the initial brief).
- Custom packages, discounted offers, or membership subscriptions once activated.
However, we always aim to offer revisions and corrections to ensure your satisfaction.
4. Revision & Rework Policy
Every project includes a certain number of free revisions (as per the selected package).
After free revisions are exhausted, additional edits may be charged as per our pricing policy.
Our goal is to deliver results that meet your expectations through transparent communication.
5. Process for Requesting a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund:
- Email us at support@postproduction.work with your order ID, payment proof, and reason for the request.
- Our support team will review your case within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed through the same payment method within 7–10 working days.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a project:
- Cancellations are only accepted before project work begins.
- Once editors have started working or files have been accessed, the order cannot be canceled.
- Any cancellation after the project has started will not be eligible for a refund.
7. Subscription-Based Services
For clients on monthly or package-based plans:
- You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.
- Fees already paid for the ongoing month or active project will not be refunded once work has begun.
- If a recurring payment was deducted by mistake, please contact our support team immediately.
